Lets face it; scooters were never designed with performance as their key attribute - that was left to sport bikes and other larger sized motorcycles. Scooters were engineered to be affordable, comfortable and stylish. Engines were kept small, top speed held low and bodies were styled around asthetics and rider comfort. The Stella certainly fits this mold. The Stella is the standard Vespa PX design that has been popular throughout the world since the first P-series scooters were built in the late 70s. Two close Vespa PX variants being produced in India now are the LML and the Bajaj motorscooters.Vespa PX LML Bajaj
